Iceland

Iceland, the island of Fire and Ice. Iceland is truly a magical place. We spent 11 days on a journey to explore the beauty of Iceland. We were not disappointed. We had great weather, an excellent guide and such a fun group. The landscape of Iceland is so unique and beautiful. Their residents are friendly and kind. It was a wonderful experience.

Iceland has 109 Fjords, black sand beaches, geysers, the largest glacier in Europe, multiple large waterfalls, tons of volcanoes, the famous Icelandic horse and the nicest people on earth. What more can you ask for on a vacation.

Iceland is quite famous for the Blue Lagoon and Black Diamond Beach. The Blue Lagoon is a geothermal pool located in the middle of a lava field. It’s like sitting in a hot tub filled with your favorite salts. Black Diamond Beach is a black sand beach near a glacier where icebergs wash up on the beach that have fallen off the glacier. They are both touristy places, but worth while nevertheless.
